Hi, I’m Richard Bailey. I’m a managing partner of Bailey & Shipp Electric. I have been in the electrical trade for
27 years, starting as a helper, and working my way to owning my own company. My favorite part of the Bailey
& Shipp culture is developing relationships with other driven and like minded individuals to create a strong
network of professionals. I live in Odenton and enjoy giving time back to the community by helping with youth
baseball. I pride myself on being a hard worker and out of the box thinker. I love seeing projects go from
concept to completion through collaboration, design, and execution. The best advice I’ve been given is “be kind
to others.”
