I moved into a new home and needed some repair work completed. Johnathan, the owner came in and gave me a fair estimate. He sent two great guys to my home Evan and Matt. They got the work completed correctly in record time. I had no problem adding onto my original work order once I seen how wonderful they were. I wont use any other company. I am sold for life to Bailey and Shipp. Thanks to Johnathan and the crew. See you again soon, I have added a ceiling fan to my list of work needed.

"Exceptional Service!"

I was replacing a bathroom exhaust fan with a heat lamp/exhaust fan combo and started the work myself. After running into several issues during the installation process, I decided to call a professional to finish the job. I found Bailey & Shipp online and didn’t know much about the company, but was immediately impressed with the friendly receptionist when I called. She booked my appointment quickly and Bob came out the next day to finish the installation I had started. He said he had 30 years of experience and it showed. He resolved all of the wiring issues that had stumped me, and the heat lamp/exhaust fan are now working. Bob vacuumed the bathroom and left everything as he found it. Will definitely call Bailey & Shipp if I need an electrician again.​

Love these guys! We had them repair a large generator, as well as place overhead lighting in a few of our upstairs rooms. They did a great job with both projects at a fair price. However, what I like most about them, is that no matter which technician came out, they were all very friendly and did a great job explaining everything to us. Highly recommend Bob and his team! We called 20 electricians and received 7 estimates and Bailey & Shipp were by far the best value!

Our house was built in the 1940s and needed safety and other updates/repairs plus we added an EV charger. This required an upgraded main panel and new panel in the detached shed.

Our technician Eddie and his tech helper Dan did fantastic work from repairing old/unsafe outlets and wiring to digging the trench to the shed for the EV charger and panel, to installing new outlets and light switches. We asked for a ton of various work and they knocked it all out of the park! Extremely happy with the turn key work including all the permits and inspections without problems (during a pandemic!).

I’ll try to attach some before and after photos to give an idea of the scope of work.

Right off the bat the person who answers the phone, Bob, is knowledgeable and professional. He treats you like an old friend. The estimator was right on time and called when he was on his way. He spent the time e needed to answer all my questions and explain the steps of the project in detail. The crew that came and performed the work made sure to protect my belongings with plastic and drop cloths and cleaned up very well when they were finished. They replaced the faulty products and even moved furniture to repair one of the faulty receptacles (plug). They even troubleshooted a ceiling fan believed to not work because of a bad light switch. I had them update my kitchen lights form ugly fluorescent light to recessed lighting. Scott was helpful when he came to give me an estimate, which he had back to me in under 24 hours (might have been the same day???).

They were very timely and responsive. Josh did the work (had an assistant who's name I can't remember). Couldn't believe it took them less than 2 hours. They left my house cleaner than they found it.

Would recommend them for any electric remodeling.

In the process of selling my home we ended up with a small laundry list of minor things that needed fixed.  I had planned to take care of it myself but 3 days before closing the buyer wanted a receipt from the electrician that made the repairs.  I put a call into Bailey & Shipp and explained my situation.  David and Lee worked after hours that day to wrap everything up and I was impressed with how polite and courteous these two gentlemen were.  I put a call in to express my gratitude but a Mr. Shipp was on another call so I left a request to speak with a him.  He called me back shortly after probably expecting an ear full.  I was pleased with the entire process from the Administration (Allison? Sorry if I got the name wrong I didn't write it down) to the technicians, and even the follow up from management.

This company has done work at our house twice, and I highly recommend them. They came out to our house in a timely manner, gave us a reasonable quote, and scheduled the work to start in less than a week. They showed up as promised right on time. Matt and Jason spent the whole day working at a fast pace, getting an amazing amount of work done in record time. We have an old house, and Matt had a lot of good ideas on how to update things for us. They put drop cloths out, moved furniture around, then put everything back in it's place and were careful to clean up after the work was done. That kind of service really stands out! I asked for a quote for some landscape lighting and Matt looked the job over and got a quote for me before he left. When I'm ready for some more work to be done, they'll be the ones I call.
